Using the marketplace
These terms apply to your use of Algi Bazar. Read the product listing, seller details, return conditions and final checkout information before ordering. Use accurate account and contact information and keep your login credentials private.
Marketplace and sellers
Independent sellers are responsible for the accuracy, lawful availability and fulfilment of their listings. Algi Bazar provides the marketplace and support process. A product brand is a product label; a seller/store is the business responsible for an offer. A brand label alone does not verify a seller.
Accounts and seller approval
Customer and seller account areas are separate. Creating a seller account does not itself authorise public selling. Seller applications and locations are reviewed before activation. Our stated review target is seven business days after complete information is supplied; the passing of that target does not automatically cancel an application or approve a store.
Orders, stock and changes
Adding an item to a cart does not reserve stock. Availability, quantities and displayed totals must be checked when an order is submitted. If a seller cannot supply all items, the customer should be given the choice to cancel or explicitly accept the available items and revised charges; substitutions or partial fulfilment must not be imposed without agreement.
Prices, payment and fulfilment
Product prices are shown in Bangladeshi taka unless clearly stated otherwise. Applicable delivery, collection, tax or other charges must be disclosed before confirmation. Only the methods actually offered at checkout are available. Do not assume that online payment, instalments, courier delivery or live tracking are enabled merely because they are described as future services.
Returns, cancellations and disputes
Read our Refund & Returns Policy and the product-specific conditions before ordering. Keep the order reference and contact the seller or marketplace support for a problem. Mandatory consumer rights are not waived by these terms or by a seller’s listing.
Acceptable use
Do not post counterfeit, unlawful, misleading or unauthorised content; misuse another person’s account; interfere with security; or publish private customer information. Listings and access may be restricted while authenticity, safety or policy concerns are reviewed.
