Apply and set up your store
Use Create a Vendor Account and provide accurate business and contact details. Prepare your store name, owner details, phone, email, business WhatsApp number and a reliable map link or pin. Submit verification documents only through a private authorised process, not public listings or media uploads.
Review before public selling
The marketplace reviews store authenticity, location and the information needed for safe fulfilment. The target is seven business days after a complete submission; no automatic approval or automatic rejection is promised when that time passes. Missing-information requests should be addressed before activation.
Prepare your catalogue
Use clear product names, genuine images you are allowed to use, accurate prices, stock and variations, and suitable category/brand labels. State product-level return eligibility, return days and packaging conditions before an item is offered. Never publish a customer’s private information.
Selling and wholesale approval
Selling approval and verified pickup location are separate checks. Wholesale status requires explicit marketplace approval; an ordinary seller must not be labelled wholesale automatically. Pending store or product content must not be treated as an approved public offer.
Commission and settlement
The confirmed commission, withdrawal methods and settlement terms must be agreed with marketplace support before the relevant selling or payout arrangement starts. This guide does not invent a percentage or withdrawal minimum where the owner has not set one. Use only the active, disclosed payment methods.
Orders and support
Confirm availability, prepare the items, and mark an order ready only when it can be collected. Check your seller dashboard for your own orders. Contact support@sfm4u.com about application corrections, account access or a disputed order. Your dashboard is at Seller Dashboard.
